Murray enters European Alfa Challenge
Young
Irish Racing Driver of the Year, Eoin Murray has signed
for the front running PRS Group team to contest the European
Alfa Challenge.
Murray
who finished third in the UK Elf Clio Cup in 2003 has decided
to opt for the highly competitive European Alfa Challenge
with backing from Alfa Romeo Ireland in 2004. ‘’This
is a highly significant step forward in my racing career
and having tasted success in the UK I am now working to
compete in the ultra competitive European Alfa Challenge
against some of the best young drivers in Europe’’.
The
European Alfa Challenge will join the LG Super Racing Weekend
for the 2004 season. The weekends will be headlined by the
European Touring Cars covering 6 weekends, 6 top European
circuits, in all there will be 11 races over Europe’s
most prestigious tracks; Monza Italy, Valencia Spain, Magny-Cours
France, Hockenheim Germany, Spa Belgium, Imola Italy,
- Spectators; (over 330,000 spectators in the first 8 events
of 2003)

18 language and 21 million different viewers), Eurosport
news (70 countries, 14 million households, 6 languages)

Eurosport.com ( 5 local version, up to 80 million pages

addition to announcing his signing with PRS Group Eoin Murray
